Program Description
The AJ Photography Booking and Customer Care SMS Program is operated by AJVIP LLC, doing business as AJ Photography and AJ VIP. Customers who voluntarily opt in may receive messages about photography or event-service inquiries, estimates, proposals, booking follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling or location changes, deposit/payment/account status, gallery or deliverable notifications, and customer-care conversations. Promotional messages are sent only when separately authorized.

Consent
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Consent applies only to AJVIP LLC and cannot be transferred. By opting in, you authorize AJ VIP to send recurring automated SMS/MMS to the mobile number provided for the purposes above.

Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to your inquiries, bookings, and interactions. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping Messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation. No additional messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent or reply START. Other recognized opt-out keywords may include CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, and REVOKE.

Carriers
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier availability, network conditions, compatible equipment, and circumstances outside AJ VIP’s control.

Privacy
Participation is governed by https://www.ajvip.com/privacy-policy. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility and Changes
You must be authorized to use the mobile number submitted. Notify us or opt out if your number changes or is reassigned. AJ VIP may update these terms when the program or requirements change and will post the revised effective date.
